Was hoping to see 152 today, but happy to see I'm stable at this new low. It has been so blazing hot and humid that walking is exhausting, even in the early morning. My dog even lay down on the sidewalk and quit yesterday just before we got home. And we're just walking, not jogging. Substituted a frozen yogurt for a real dinner last night. Was worth it.
