I feel badly but am taking some time off from the Intermittent Fasting Challenge. My tummy has been a little "off" and an earlier breakfast seems to help.
Other than that all is well. I closely examined my extremities and there was no sign of frostbite!

Glennith - just in case you didn't understand the need for me to inspect for frostbite - a large portion of the US is getting record cold temperatures.

So glad about the frostbite. Your town must be trying to figure this weather out. Hope it gets warm really quickly. Have a lovely weekend, Buffy dear.

No need to feel bad about the challenge...if it's not working out you need to do what you need to do.
