Yesterday I gave my yard some badly needed attention. I ate under my calorie goal, slightly exceeded my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 819 kcal deficit // BF↓0.4% // missed Sleep Goal
153.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
