Not surprised by gain. For some reason it always takes a couple days to show my gain..Anniversary and 4th of July eating pasta and cream sauce and no exercise are the culprits. I'm back on track, took Letty's zoom class Monday and walking on treadmill today. Yesterday had a huge migraine so didn't do much..
130.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry about the migraine. I noticed that it took a couple days for a weight gain to show after eating more - like going out for a meal. That isn't bad for both your anniversary and the 4th.

Fritzy, thanks. Just a dull headache today. I get migraines every so often and they usually start with an optical migraine so I'm able to get country of it before it gets to bad. Yesterday's came in full force so I just had to ride it out.

Back on the horse! Pasta with cream sauce is my kryptonite (and it always comes with garlic bread☹️). Have you noticed fewer migraines since losing weight?

Justbananas, I haven't noticed that..I was wondering if it was because of what I ate... I didn't enjoy the treat meal and find that I really don't like pasta anymore. I prefer zoodles. I did ask them to adjust recipe and only add a splash of cream but it was still heavy. Oh well..lesson learned!

That stinks -- about the migraines. Weight loss seems to help with everything else. I was going through perimenopause when I got fat, and when I lost weight, my hot flashes disappeared! Those cream dishes are always super high in sodium, so maybe that triggered your migraine. Not liking pasta anymore would be a win in my book! 😄

I've found that food that I used to crave and/or binge on really doesn't taste that good when I decide to have some now.

Sly, you are right! My palette has really changed. I no longer like pasta, don't really eat much bread, sweets no longer call my name..( ok maybe occasionally but I'm usually disappointed after I eat it) I prefer veggies and fruits more. I do have treat meals etc once in awhile but that's ok too! It's all about balance.👍
