I like these new greens, but not wild about any of the dressing I have in the house, including a new bottle of ranch. probably won't make anything because I'm always in too much of a rush at lunch, but will branch out and try something new.

Cottage cheese and smashed avocado both work great as a dressing. Is that chicken on the salad? It looks delicious and I want it lol!
