Ate reasonably clean yesterday. Did not have coffee last night. Did not have anything sugary. We ate at a really cool downtown bistro last night. I had a salad with chicken, avocado, and red peppers -- very simple and delicious. I already feel so much better than yesterday. Having green tea this morning instead of coffee.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go Coco! I really like eating like that... I mean... it doesn't have to be just a salad. You could add a healthy appetizer too if the calories are light enough! My favorite salads involve seafood! Have a great day!

Thanks, Matt! Now if I can get through this evening without overstuffing myself. My BBQ dinner buddy will want me to pick up ribs or a sandwich for her, and I need to find something without so much sauce and with no bread.

Hi Coco! Haha! Matt said he likes salad with seafood.. that's my favorite too. Do you notice when we eat light then the next morning we feel so fresh and light? I notice that in myself. I'm so happy for your doing great! Have a great evening buddy!:)
