Can't weigh in because the battery died in my scale, and of course, the one size I do NOT have in this house is the one I need! Oh well. And, since I only go out every couple of weeks, guess it will have to wait. Coming off a rough few days, it's probably for the best for now. Sometimes it just seems so hard to focus on me, when there is always something more important to do, in the moment. Not gonna let it deter me. I know I can do this. Just going to take a little more effort than it has in the past.

I feel you on that!! There is always something!! I work full time and homeschool my kindergartener... in two weeks we are done with all things school (that have to be completed by specific times) and all extra curricular activities for the the summer... that is why I chose to start now... because I will hopefully have more time for meal prep and things soon :) Good luck! You've got this! and keep on trying :)
