I'm not a scientist or a have any magical powers to see the future. My prediction: "Not eating for a very long time will lead to death." 

If it works for the individual then it's great. Not all things work for all of us. We are not One Size Fits All. God made us wonderfully Unique.  

I think the point is there is always some (study) that starts a weight loss craze then always in the end isn’t cracked up to what it supposed to be… basically the only constant is if you eat less calories than you consume you lose weight… yes it is that simple…(not simple to do) 

Yep, CICO. 

I'm amazed so many still think cico is a diet plan. like keto vs cico. but keto is cico. it's a principle. in vs out. limiting the in takes many forms. keto Paleo Mediterranean whatever it may be. idk maybe I'm missing something. keep bringing truth man. appreciate all I've learned here from you and your woman.  

Lmao🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.....So true, bottom line is your calories have to equal out at the end of the day. 

Hee-Hee. I just started another major raw fruit & veggies (carbs!) cleanse, where for the next three months I'll be eating super-clean and unprocessed. And I already had someone who ingests only meat comment on my post. Concern, concern, concern. I've been a vegetarian (and at times strictly vegan) since I was 16. I use CICO as the calorie-counter, but my meal plan/WOE is vegan/vegetarian. It allows me to be the volume eater that I am. 

I gorge on fruit JustBananas. Love them Yes, Hebrews, everything falls under CICO. Thanks, man! 

A lot of (smart) people just making harder than it needs to be…who wants to fast for 20h day (or whatever diet they are on) the rest of there lives?… not me
