I have been having sugar cravings for awhile. Some days very strong. There have been some days where I've almost eaten something on the spur of the moment before even thinking about it.

Goals for this week:
1. 1 and only 1 mountain dew each day.
2. keep food journal each day.
3. No more than 2500 cals and 90 carbs each day.
