just started my Fatsecret app again, trying to lose about 8 lbs for now, something that's not unreasonable for me right now! Problem is my current addiction to chocolate! I woke up this morning, as I do several times a night, and snack. This morning at about 4:30 am I had about a 1/4 of a qt. of Kemps Mocha Mudslide ice cream! I have to stop my snacking! I also take meds for Chlorestoral and glucose levels, so then there's that reason to stop. It'll be a work in progress, thanks everyone for your feedback! TimG
