True to form when I feel yucky or tired I eat badly. Yesterday wasn't TERRIBLE but not the best.

This morning I went to the store and got some bacon from the deli. Got two taquito's. Dumb, dumb. So the rest of my day is set for me.

Did not make the gym yesterday....taking my daughter around looking for a job. Today I will go between work and her getting out of school.

Tomorrow I am off so I can do a big day at the gym.

I need my butt kicked because I have been slacking some. Someone please get to butt kicking on me!!!!!!!!

Finish what you started here! If ever there was a time to be a good example to your child this is it, finish the race so she knows goals CAN be achieved! You can screw off later, take care of yourself now so you can enjoy life later! Is that a good enough kick?

You can do this. I know that it is really difficult when you have other people around who eat differently than you. It is also difficult when you are hungry or in a bad mood and are near the fast and easy taquitos! I know that this may not be something that others would agree with but - work on your choices. make better ones. If you are hungry and taquito is looking good to you, look around for some beef sticks and cheese. Check for some pork skins? Grab a yogurt. You may be off the WOE a bit but try to be less off it. Last week my coworker wanted to go to a mexican restaurant. I asked all the right questions and got all the right answers regarding the fajita's. The first taste I had of them I knew I had been told wrong. We had to get back to work so I did not have time to send it all back and get a new serving. I ate it and made a mental note not to let that happen again. It will happen again someplace else but I am not going to stress over it. I did everyting I could do under the circumstances and if it was wrong - Oh well. I am not going to let it ruin the WOE I am just going to keep going. I am little help with the exercize as I can't seem to get myself going but I do think that if we think of this as a diet and are really strict with it, we may lose faster. But I don't think it becomes the way of life that we need it to be. I think the key is in "choice" If I get hungry for ice cream and have to have it - then as long as I chose the sugar free ice cream, I am not going to be overly upset with myself. It is a long journey. Can't get there in one day. I guess I feel like we have to live our lives and work this stuff into them, not work life into the WOE and exercise plan. Your doing great. Just keep plugging along...

Thanks everyone! Jen and Elizabeth very wise words and just the right kick in the butt that I need. I am sure that I will go back and re-read your comments later, but am grateful that I have them to go back and read.
