Heavy rain and downpours...no walk... :( But, did get in an hour and a half on my exercise bike already. Quite surprised to see 163! Not venturing out in this mess today...see you tomorrow if it clears up, YMCA


Well, only in NC; rain moved off shore and the sun burst through about 6pm. Got in a good 45 minute walk after all!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

WOW - lady, you are doing so fantastic and dropping weight quickly, so I hope you still get the nutrients you need. My niece had weight loss surgery and has done really well, too.
