Weighed in at 159 this morning. 25 year low. NOW I can have a cheat day lol. There’s 480 calories of red wine in there. My policy dictates I will not reveal the sins committed tonight to achieve 3450. It wasn’t pretty. 🤣

This may be my new strategy for maintenance…2400 calories seems to be break even weight for me. If I eat 1800 for two consecutive days…then I can cut loose with a 3600 day. I kinda like it. Tomorrow os back under 2000 guaranteed.
