It was my birthday on Sunday. I have a ritual that I do for every birthday: Birthday Squats!! I take whatever I'm weighing times the number of years in age. And I try to do it in the last amount of sets possible. I turned my heater up too high today and had to rack every set of 10. I didn't record it that way. Let's see if you can guess what it is 🤣.

- 45.0 lbs x 10 reps
- 95.0 lbs x 5 reps
- 115.0 lbs x 5 reps
- 135.0 lbs x 5 reps
- 155.0 lbs x 5 reps
- 185.0 lbs x 44 reps

Thank you Brew! Yeah, last year I was pretty amped about doing them and was able to knock it out in sets of 20 reps. This year I was just in the wrong mindset. Btw my legs are fried. I have a stand up desk in my office and I want to sit so bad! 😂. My quads are super sore.

Thank you all! LM I have video proof. I record it with my phone. It's pretty lengthy, but yes, I did 44 reps broken up into 4 sets. I took very little rest in between. Long enough to take a sip of water and back at it. The third set I had to stop to wipe the sweat from my eyes. I'd turned my heater up too high and was roasting 🤣. My legs are just a little sore today. Nothing major. I was mad because last year I came so close to getting them all in one set. I was also a little lighter so the weight was around 175 lbs I think.
