** Dumbbell Row ** - 80.0 lbs x 12 reps - 80.0 lbs x 10 reps - 80.0 lbs x 10 reps
** Band Pushdowns ** - 10.0 lbs x 25 reps - 10.0 lbs x 25 reps
I wanted to try to see if my max had gone up since it was 6 weeks later. And it did!
