Eleven days now on 179...guess I'll call it a mini stall. That's ok. I know it will move when it gets ready! Feeling much better, BS very good. Going to Dr. AF tomorrow for medication adjustments.

The best part is that you are holding, so the next step is a "swoosh" Hoping you have a great doctor visit tomorrow, and your medications will soon be a thing of the past.

So glad you recovered from the hospital visit so quickly!

Hang in there.. This week, I had a follow up with my doctor, concerning my hospital stay last week. I did tell him that I was kind of discouraged about my stall. He looked at me and said couple of things.. one that I was crazy for being discouraged (70+ lbs lost since April)... but also, he said that the body "knows" that winter is coming- and well it is preparing itself for the winter months- and is becoming more stubborn of losing the fat."
I really never thought of that.. Don't be discouraged.. keep going.. be faithful, it will pay off.. sooner or later... maybe later than sooner...
