How pretty! My meals are not photogenic at all. I'd probably eat the apple while preparing the rest of the salad. Are those croutons?

That's a peach, Fritzy. a late season indulgence until they disappear. the croutons are actually chicken breast nuggets that I keep thinking I'm going to give up but they are so easy and made of actual identifiable chicken. so it's a healthy and tasty lunch that only involves heating the nuggets up before tossing them on the salad. today's dressing was the other half of an avocado. I just realized I didn't log that, fixing it now.
