Recording these is a slight pain but it sure makes my workouts better.

I remember in my 20s it was a crap shoot. get to the gym. where did I leave off? I'll try this. no consistency. I love strong. a wise man told me plan your work and work your plan. makes a huge difference for me. and to look back at the progression motivates me to push onward. awesome workouts man.

Wow! I’ve noticed when you post these you keep your rep counts higher than what I see talked about….. I mean lift heavy with lower reps. Or was this a lift to failure session? Rock onDevil man!

60, I'm too lazy to split up my cluster sets or myo reps, or whatever you want to call them. These sets are 1 to failure or close to failure, then I walk around for 10-15 seconds and then continue the set. I do that 1-3 times and just add them all up. The first set is at least 6 reps. Usually 8-15.

So these 36 sets are closer to 100 lol. I'm really sore today.

Definitely down from the lower calorie intake. It was 3500 when I was full of energy. Huge calorie surplus lol
