I am packing everything up and moving to Arizona. Quite a feat when you consider that I do not know one person there. This is all for a new job. So here's to new beginnings!!! Goodbye North Carolina, hello Arizona!!

Good luck! You can do it! I would recommend that you "talk" to k8yk. Kate is online here - you might already be her buddy. She lives somewhere in Arizona and possibly she could help you ease into this new place.
Lucky you, Arizona is absolutely beautiful! I was there in September - went to Phoenix. Had a great time - jet skiing, hot air balloon ride, desert walks, etc.

When I moved to Phoenix from the Boston area 2 1/2 years ago, it was definitely a big change. The weather in the summer is really something to get used to. I don't think I can get used to it and now I want to move elsewhere :). But there are some definite good things about it. I've moved all around the country and I have never regretted it. It's good to experience different places. Let me know if I can answer any question!
