I don’t own a workout mat, so this will have to do. Decided against exercise app subscriptions. I am a dyed in the wool luddite and will define abs without apps. #treinoemcasa

Your workout is for monsters Paula🤣 Mine is just sit ups, mountain climber and such… I made it sound fancy by using Portuguese, because I’m pretentious like that.

Mountain climbers are for monsters. 🤣 Good on you. You don’t waste time at the gym working out abs. Some people go and do only that. You matt is fancy! Mine is just some cheap flooring from eBay.

Flutter kicks, sit ups, bicycle crunches, oblique crunches, leg raises, V ups. Maybe with a disc or ankle weights as it gets easier.

Mrs Shrewd, collecting oriental rugs is one of my numerous moral failings. Did you notice that most apps require subscriptions these days? I saw a flashlight app that was demanding subscription. I mean, don’t they realize we can just buy a flashlight??

Abs without Apps! I love these rugs too. It's one of my many weaknesses. Yours is lovely and makes a great exercise mat.

Erika, I made a few friends who are reputable rug dealers. They all mischievously grin and say “you’ve caught the disease,” and passionately explain the meaning of those intricate designs on rugs. Sounds like you’ve caught the disease too.

Hey yfritz! PV's list of exercises is great however, for me, I'd not waste my time (or back for that matter ) on sit ups. I recommend hollow holds and/or dead bugs.

I read a study once that said bicycle crunches were the best/quickest for overall ab development. So I do loads of them plus leg raises in various forms. Dead bugs are good for core if you cant do planks due to your injury.

Yfritz, paying for apps it’s a waste of money unless you want to track your progress/weights you lift. I am not paying but putting my routine together before I start helps me a lot. I do in one hour what I would do in 2 probably if I was doing whatever comes to my mind. I can then get everything I need ready and that also helps me keeping my rests as short as possible. You can find lots of ab circuits online without paying 💰

Apps are a very new thing! We never needed them before! I think it is better to engage the mind-body connection when training.
