Even three months ago I was a “keep the veggies out of my eggs” kind of guy. Man, this is so good.

I have discovered I'll eat mashed cauliflower, and enjoy it. Still sounds gross though.

I LOVE cauliflower rice anyway it's made! I riced the cauliflower I grew and froze it for later. So good!
