I think my starting measurements were:
Chest:36"
Waist: 29"
Hips: 38"
Upper Arm: 12"

Currently
Chest: 35"
Waist: 28"
Hips: 37"
Arm: 11.5"

6 more weeks until I see old friends. I don't want a body like Buddha anymore.
