Boneless, skinless chicken thighs on the salad today. The bag isn't going anywhere, so need to start working on it. Today's peach was not the best and I was only able to save a little bit of it, so added strawberries. First one out of many, so I can't complain. I'm trying to eat less volume in my salads for a bit. Kinda counterintuitive, but rolling with it. Happy Monday.

Nah, i still have the nuggets, but needed to start putting a dent in the bag of thighs before they get freezer burn. The nuggets taste great, but it’s so lazy and I’m not being very creative. I’ll actually cook more once it cools down. Hard being me sometimes. I can overcomplicate so many things.

Perfect. Once you go thigh, you can never go back! I picked up a bag of gourmet free range bewbs a while back because it was literally the only chicken left in the store. Bleh! Sad shadow of the thunder thighs and quadruple the price...
