Dinner tonight from D. Zinczenko "Zero Belly Cookbook":
1. Chicken & grapes with almonds in curry mayonnaise over lettuce wraps. 160 kcal/serv.
2. Peppercorn and ginger shrimps with cherry tomatoes and asparagus over creamy oats. 350 kcal/serv.
The curry mayonnaise with mint and lemon was so good! Really hard to limit the serving to one tablespoon per person, but that worked out pretty well.
Very balanced energy intake, 35% from carbs, 30% from fat, 35% from proteins.
