Tuesday 27 th July

Morning

30 mins session home portable sauna

Afternoon

45 min walk to bus stop to catch bus to Rustington approx 2.5 miles
3 hours rest 1 hour setting on bus 1 hour spent with mother 1 hour return journey.
45 min walk home approx 2.5 miles.
Knees are beginning to feel it!

Early Evening

Beiceps curl right arm 50 using 4.5 kg dumbbell
Beiceps curl left arm 50 using 4.5 kg dumbell
Lateral swing right arm 25 using 4.5 kg dumbell
Lateral swing left arm 25 using 4.5 kg dumbell

Diet followed very poorly probably undid any good done

No point pushing yourself to the point of injury. That would just set you back. My right knee has been bothering me today...so am probably overdoing things too.

Suma you are a beautiful person thank you for your concern. I hope you knee is okay. Probably go for a short walk to supermarket tomorrow to stop any seizing up and concentrate on upper strength any exercise suggest will be welcomed

Walks are good...I'm a novice, but there are pros on here who are better placed to advice on upper body exercises. It's so hard to make good food choices sometimes, but I'm finding out the hard way that I can't exercise away a bad diet😱

I have a sauna as well. The bedroom especially last week 😩

Stress eating is a tough one to break. But I'm told it can be done 💪💪

well done, chestnut .. stress eating is a tough nut to crack out... but with a lot of will power and maybe meditation (if you're into it of course!) can be done. I just get away from the temptation or don't buy it at all (out of sight , out of mind ) ... exercise will definitely help you and it looks you're in good path... rest will follow with a lot of discipline and dedication.. some fallouts are allowed not anyone is 100% good (I know I'm not!).

Suma,tan per,flowerbunny thank you acomandr I only set bad examples and admit today I have been very lazy but when I visit my mother tomorrow I will try and walk 3 miles to the bus stop instead 2.5 miles🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️
