Ate WAY too much Sunday and Monday (2 different 4th of July parties). Veggies were pretty much non-existent at my in-laws yesterday (and I had to skip my gym day...grrr). But my mom had this big, beautiful tossed salad on Sunday. Had an awesome salad for dinner tonight (chicken & strawberry salad from Eat'n Park). Took the dog for a walk this evening...1.65 miles...she's still panting! Fortunately, it is supposed to cool down this week and tomorrow is a gym day. As if I needed another reason to hate holidays...now I can add gaining weight, having no healthy food options, and missing out on my exercise to the list! 😆
