24.7 BMI \o/ Still 15 lbs to shed, but that feels good to be back in the semi-normal weight range.
I must say that I am very impressed by people losing very large amounts, that must require courage and a very strong character. Hat's off.
190.5 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
