@Ettenauj: Good morning. I am keeping my calorie deficit >500 a day. And I only eat simple foods which calories are easy to count. It is not based on science at all 😂🤣🤣 Your support is the most valuable factor in this journey and I thank you.

Don't know if it fits your diet, but when I'm hungry and I want something filling without having too many calories, air popped popcorn is my go to choice :)

@Yfritz, noted. So big salads are an option with grilled chicken and a handful of almond nuts. Also there is nothing like ACV (apple cider vinegar) or brushing your teeth to kill cravings (not true hunger). Wishing you much success Yf🌻

Here are a few more meals I include in my day (I target 1300 cals): - I use 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder and half cup of rolled oats, with a banana, or 1 tbsp brown sugar to get my chocolate fix - Microwaved sweet potato and 2 cans of tuna - Big salads with ACV and skinless bake chicken - Roasted squash, stir fry broccoli and carrots with chicken - Stir fry fish or baked fish with brown rice or basmati rice

@Ettenauj: I kind of lost interest in eating around March this year, and my daily intake has been 800-1,000 calories. My body does that sometimes, when it thinks I am eating more than I should. It’s almost like a brake system of a motor vehicle, and I am just taking advantage of this particular feature.

I hear you Yf, some days it's a challenge. Continue loving your body my friend, it's been good to you so love it back❤. I know you'll support me when I say healthy is our goal not skinny, we're gonna get there, keep crushing it 💪🏽🥗💃🏽.
