I'm a software developer at day, and a gamer at night, so I'm sitting most of the time. I have been overweight and out-of-shape my whole life, and I was ok with it. But, recently some heart conditions surfaced in my close family, and I also started having back problems. Not wanting to deal with all this when I get older, I decided to use the "break" caused by the pandemic to get in better shape and take care of myself. I aim to incorporate more physical activity into my daily life, and eat in a more low-carb way. I'm hoping to get some help and motivation from the people who share the same goals as me :)

Is there a way to manually add food?
If you're in the android app:
- Go into your food diary and try to add an item
- Search for any food
- Scroll to the bottom of the list and you'll see the "Can't find what you're looking for? + Add new food" button

On the website:
- In the food tab, search for any food
- On the right of the screen, you'll see a section "Add item to the food database"

tabulation carbs
Do you mean "net carbs"? In the food diary options, you can change which columns are shown, and from there you can select "net carbs" or just "carbs" (or vice versa)

deleting
If you're using the website, you have a small "X" icon at the right of the item name to remove each item individually.
If you're using the mobile app, you can select the item in your lunch list, and then you'll have the option to change portion size or delete the item.
Hope this helps! Smile

Staying VERY active--not just short period of exercise but full-on active lifestyle
Playing drums is definitely a good workout! You can get a used electronic drumset for not that much money, and it doesn't make that much noise either Smile
Also, I got a stand-up desk for working remotely during the pandemic. Some people I work with added a treadmill under their desk so they work while walking.
