Back to normal! Keeping roughage volume a little lower these days, will help with the grocery bill, too. Such a pretty day and I'm chained to my desk, but once I'm free, I'll be cleaning up the tabletop and expect a tabletop fire shot this weekend. It's that kind of weather.

Where is oil? Any kind of oil?

There’s pesto on the chicken. That has olive oil in it. Chicken has minimal fat. Salad dressing probably has vegetable oil in it.
