Messed up and ate an Atkins bar. Put me over the 20 total carbs for the day not net carbs. Hope that it doesn't throw me out of ketosis. I'm just so mad at myself.

Ten minutes later: I guess I can stay disappointed or mad at myself or pull myself up and go on. Just so long as these slip ups don't happen very often. Heres' a song that helps me sometimes.
