was getting frustrated so took a few days off, stayed on diet but didnt weigh or report.spring is here temps are up walking, mowing, gardenng and general fixup is keeping me busy
301.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hear you just to mow my lawn takes two and a half hours and then there's a garden so there's plenty of lifting and pushing to do out there
