We did not get to the bike ride but had so much fun kayaking, me and my fiancé and my parents.

Is anyone using PAI health tracking? My new fitness tracker has that and I’m still figuring it out. It sounds like I need to do cardio two hours a day to get the score they recommend but I’m hoping I’m wrong.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
