154.0 in sweats, 152.6 in my birthday suit, 153.8 leggings and thickish T. Pick the number you like best:) The real victory was that I made it through my first full day of liquid fast. Last time I attempted a Protein shake meal replacement for one meal was at least 10 years ago, before that was probably mid-90s/2000 with the icky metal can Slim Fast and before that was circa mid 80s Herbalife. Premier Vanilla Shake lunch Equate Vanilla Shake Dinner. Protein shakes have come a long way, baby! Doubt I will do it very often though because leftover meatloaf and salad was loudly calling my name. The pork rhinds screamed at me all day. Fasting just isn't my thing. Don't know how ya'll do it but I'm envious.
153.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
