I’ve decided to do mini goals. Random weight that pops in my mind. Next goal is 188.7
196.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 61.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

Good strategy....I am working to do the same...with a small reward for myself when I reach it...then set another...

Honestly, I actually think that’s a fantastic idea. It’s less intimidating and a bit more fun to do it like that
