well 30 days in 24 lbs lost the last week has been a struggle. i may be at a plateau not sure what to do to change it ive dropped calories played with carb intakes increased excesice and activity but im not giving up im 2 lbs away from a personal goal as i havent seen a scale weight that started with 2 for several years. at least im not gaining any
301.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
