i knew the first weight would be easy looks like now im going to have to work a bit harder for it at least im not gaining. Have increased activity but nothing real strenuous.Positive outlook but negative results lol
303.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
