rainy day with cold front coming through sat in chair most of the day and watched tv, stayed under calorie count but no reduction in weight. cooking and eating what wife wants for meals isnt working noticed my carb imput is rising. on the brighter side im maintaining and not going up so all is not lost. another day another calorie count. got a kitchen scale so accuracy of ingrediants has increased
303.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
