I ordered a digital scale. I don't know exactly what to do as it shows I weigh differently than my scale at work. The scale at work shows me 6 lbs. lighter. Should I log in the weight my new scale shows as I will be using it now and start from there? I know it's only a 6 pound difference but I still feel like a failure since it means posting a gain. Sorry ya'll I'm weird. lol
