It's bright and sunny today. I still have more work in the yard to do. I ate chia pudding this morning. It's one my favorite breakfast foods. Yesterday I ate under goal, barely exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. 1173kcal deficit // BF↑0.1% // BW↑0.2#

It seems like my changing my food plan to include chia seed pudding set me off. Don't know why.. used Premier Protein to made pudding.

Never had that, but it looks delicious, and I never set activity goals, but today I think I’ll start. I want to set a goal for steps at least and I’m going to try to meet it today. Thanks John - have a blessed Wednesday!👍

Hi Ruthe, I like Premier Protein shakes. They beat a blank when I don't have time to prepare food and eat. I never thought of using them to make pudding... Enjoy!!!

@Shrewdness, Having activity goals makes it easier for me to be consistent. I follow CICO, so activity is part of the equation just like tracking food...

Thanks Jenny, I eat it a couple of days a week. I try to shy away from eating the same thing two days in a row. I discovered chia pudding from one of the members here. I think it may have been you. I enjoy learning about new food choices here...
