Running Challenge 02/17/14 - 02/23/14 - 4.35 mi or 7 km

Not a good week for running. Hopefully I will get a few more kms in this week! Saw the chiro on Friday and will see him again today. My ankle is a lot better! It's still a bit swollen but I can walk on it no problem. My mom told me of a pain relief cream called LivRelief which I did buy (very expensive!) and it has helped. Plus I did ice it a few times too. I did go for a run today, very slow one! It was quite windy too today and the cold weather is back!! When will spring come??!! I was watching a report on the weathernetwork that said that spring will be colder than normal. Sad news! I was looking forward to warmer weather and being able to run for longer!

My eating was bad this past weekend!! The carb monster found me last night, I cracked open a bag of Chicago Mix popcorn, intending to eat only a serving size and the next thing I know, the bag was gone! And my thought was oh well, at least it's gone and won't bother me for the rest of the night! I will not buy that popcorn any more!!! At least until the next full moon and the carb monster finds me again! Ah well, we're all human!!

I'm glad your ankle is feeling better. :) And I think the carb monster hit me last night too. My fiancé surprised me with cupcakes, which then lead me down the path of decimating sweets... But like you said, at least it's gone and out of the house now!
