100goodbye's Journal, 19 January 2011

I started the Biggest Loser challenge on the Wii today and enjoyed it. I coulded keep up with Bob but I did pretty good. The game created a charecter that represents my size (ouch, not pretty). Nonetheless I did it and feel great. I want to do 30 minutes on the treadmill before the day is over also. Lost another lb. Feeling motivated.

I agree those MII's aren't the friendliest. But we get a better visual of what we look like to everyone else :). I just started my Biggest Loser 8 week program yesterday. That full body workout was no joke the sweat was dripping off. Good luck and congrats on the loss!
