Haven't been able to weight or eat normal for couple of days and the latter immediately shows on the scale. All those gyro rolls dropping off and I'm back on track.
225.1 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 36.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
