Snowed in today! Love having the day off from work but being stuck inside with all this food might not be a good thing!
Amazingly, we have not lost power yet, but others are not so fortunate. Hope everyone can stay safe!

wholefoodnut - That is so sweet of you! Getting home from work yesterday was the hard part. I have everything I need here - kerosine heater, lanterns, canned food, etc.

northenmusician - Actually DH has got a pair mounted (for decoration) on the wall of his shop. The biggest problem in the south is that the natives do not know how to drive in it - so the other drives are more dangerous than the blizzard!

We got the snow today. Last I looked we had around 5 inches or so. I am not a big fan of the snow anymore like I used to be.Its funny here too, there are people here that still can't drive in it!!They wonder why they end up in a ditch, and end up blaming the road crews, instead of themselves, for driving like the roads are dry!! I told my hubby last night I was thinking of moving to the southwest!! lol!! Maybe Arizona...lol!!
