Crazy sort of day at work, in my normal dept. Tried to eat my soup, too busy, finally ate my peanut butter and apple butter sandwich at about 2pm cold soup doesn't always taste good. My work day starts @ 7. Threw my whole system off. Had a snack before dinner and just used some bits of leftovers for dinner. Need to clean up my kitchen and go down and walk. Instead of the gym I'll walk and watch the Olympics. Tax season has now arrived in full force.

I've just noticed, by reading your journal, that I forgot to buy peanut butter again! lol. The only cold soup I ate until now is gazpacho (called gaspacho here) heheh. I miss eating that! I have to do that soon, even though it's considered a summer food :) Walking is a great exercise! Have a good time! I have to go for a good walk too one of these days. Haven't done that in some time heheh.

LOL walking is on my gazelle in the basement watching speed skating. Snow, ice, and nearly zero. My cold soup today would have been veggies and soy beans, it's not great cold.:)). Gazpacho is pretty good so are some others. My peanut butter butter lately has been smuckers natural the one that is just peanuts no salt or palm oil. The palm oil added changes the good fats.

oh! That exactly what I do with the indoor cycling ahah! :) That's definitely a great way to do exercise when the weather is not agreeable or when you want to save time! Yeah, that soup is probably not good that way lol. I have to try to get one also with no salt or palm oil. :)

I'm buying a bike, not indoor, looking forward to a nice weekend with no snow so i can test ride a couple.
