Averaging losing 2 lbs per week. Not bad. An aggressive, yet healthy weight loss. It didn't come without sacrifice though. Plyometric trainings twice a week, 4 mile hill jogs, and portion control. Bummer because I love food so much.

For all of you out there...it's going to take some work but be patient! Be disapline (esp. with your eating habits) and the weight will come off. Trust me!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
