It's not been the best of starts for "my" New Year, but have had some positives to offset the negatives.

Will have to post a picture of the Prinsesstårta slice tomorrow. Didn't make goal, but even with a red arrow I haven't seen this number on the scale in over a decade. Probably will see another red arrow tomorrow, as company bought my birthday lunch, even though I'm still working from home.

Positive thoughts (or prayers) please, for my bil, as he had to go to the ER this morning. Lil sis is definitely off to a rough start this year with the deaths of 2 long time clients, and a close neighbor. Now this. Good Grief.
242.5 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 77.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
