This week I made a conscious effort to eat better (except the day I ate my feelings). I even started stretching/Pilates/yoga again. I'm recommitting myself to getting to my first goal. I've readjusted that so it's more achievable. I can do this!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
