I dont know whats happening to me, but I didnt feel like eating yesterday. I woke up late and ran around all afternoon (and I did manage to get in a walk) so by the time we had supper, it was later than usual. My macs were way off and Im sure thats why I had todays drop. I expect it to go up tomorrow.
260.5 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 78.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
