I going to have to start recording everything I put in my mouth. I usually don't breakfast but I had no idea what I did eat had so many carbs and cals in it. I usually pretty much keep up with it.

Although I haven't gone that far off my eating plan to have gained this much weight.

I think that is your best bet, Debi. Make sure to record every bite. It's amazing how many calories we consume over a day without realizing it through all of our taste testing during cooking and licking of spoons. For me it doesn't take many carbs to stall me and a few days in a row of too many carbs just sticks to me. Hang in there, you'll figure this out. Don't ever give up!
